Terms & Conditions
Applicable terms for wholesale, delivery and claims.
Prices
All prices are excl. VAT and environmental fees unless stated. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Payment
Standard payment terms are net 14 days after credit approval. Late payments may incur interest according to Danish law.
Delivery
Stock items normally ship within 24 hours. Factory orders follow manufacturer lead times. Risk passes upon handover to carrier.
Claims
Any defects must be notified without undue delay and no later than 8 days after receipt. Please provide documentation (photo/video).
Returns
Returns of stock items are accepted after prior agreement and in unused condition with original packaging. Factory orders are non-returnable unless agreed.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty terms apply. Corrosion warranty on winter wheels requires proper cleaning and suitable chemicals.
Liability
Goddastad Holding ApS is not liable for loss of profit or indirect losses. Liability is limited to the invoice amount for the relevant order.
Law and venue
Danish law applies. Any disputes are settled at the court in Næstved.
